Re: Get Left/Right finger swipes (work in progress)
I just tried it out, Dav, and it works well. Every so often I would swipe and not get a page change. I figured it might be that I just wasn't swiping far enough. I located the routine that senses the swipe, and changed the distance from 200 to 50 pixels. It works better for me now. We are having a h...

Re: 'Written In Stone' word puzzle game
This is a great game. I just worked my way through it, and only got "stoned" 3 times! Everyone who would like to design professional games should look at yours, to see the way you have used graphics, music, sound and text to give it personality. I especially like the screen animations. Your credits ...

Re: Info bar to add to your apps
I haven't yet tried using your toolbar script in the library format. I liked very much what you had done with it. It seemed redundant to see two toolbars, so I added SET TOOLBAR OFF to the code to hide the standard toolbar. But then there was no stop button, so I shifted the battery gauge to the lef...

Re: Memory game using touch statement; runs on all iDevices
I am trying the memory game on my iPad Air, and I am finding that touching a square doesn't reveal that square. Sometimes the one revealed is the next one to the right of the one I touch, sometimes it is one down and one to the right.

Re: True 3d Stars
Could you please post the code with z changed as you suggest? I have tried changing it and the direction of the stars hasn't changed.
Thanks

This is a fantastic star field display. I feel like I am on the Enterprise. Thanks for sharing.
Any chance you could add a forward-reverse variable so that if desired, the viewer could fly forward through the stars?

I'm just about to post the music player. It may not be what you expect, but it's a work in progress.

Smart Basic is the program I have been looking for. I just discovered it last week. I was an Apple Developer for a short time but got frustrated with all the red tape. Now I am having a ball creating apps in Smart Basic that can be tweaked exactly as I want them. I look forward to sharing them with ...
